Pink Grapefruit Gin: 30ml

Lemon Juice: 30ml

Longrays Citrus Tonic or Grapefruit Juice

Ice Cubes

Celery Salt

Lemon Rind

  1. Moisten the rim of the glass with lemon juice, then salt with celery salt

  2. Add the gin, lemon juice, and ice to the shaker

  3. Shake hard until chilled

  4. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice

  5. Top up with citrus tonic or top up with 50/50 mix of grapefruit juice/soda water

  6. Mix well.
