South Side Fizz

Signature Dry Gin: 60ml

Lemon Juice: 30ml

Mint Leaves: 6 to 8

Simple Syrup: 15ml

Ice Cubes

Soda Water or Longrays Pacific Tonic

  1. Gently muddle the mint leaves with the simple syrup in a cocktail shaker

  2. Add the gin, lemon juice, and ice to the shaker

  3. Shake hard until chilled

  4. Strain into a  glass filled with fresh ice

  5. Top with soda water or Longrays pacific tonic 

Garnish with a mint sprig and and a peel twist
